Jujutsu Kaisen (呪術廻戦, “Sorcery Fight”) , also known as “Sorcery Fight,” is a Japanese manga series penned and illustrated by Gege Akutami. It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump since March 5, 2018, and published by Shueisha. The series comprises six tankōbon volumes as of July 2019.

Yuuji excels in track and field, yet his passion lies beyond mere athleticism – it resides in the Occult Research Club. Initially joining for amusement, his world tilts when a genuine spirit materializes at his school. Sugisawa Town #3 High School is about to witness the bizarre as Yuuji confronts the terrifying creatures spawned by a cursed object. In a daring move to protect his friends, Yuuji ingests the cursed object, inheriting its powers, but also its curse. Thus begins Yuuji’s descent into Megumi’s enthralling realm of exorcists and malevolent entities.
